Business Sales, Sales & Marketing Consulting, Trade Shows & Brand Launch, Logistics & Dispatch, Speaking & Sales Training. Across Canada and worldwide
Twenty years of running the thing, not advising on it. I have sold the businesses, driven the territory, dispatched the fleet, built the booth, launched the brand, trained the team from the stage and represented overseas companies on Canadian soil. If you own a business, there is a good chance one of those is the thing keeping you up.
I am available for consulting across every one of these. Pipeline fixed, booth built, brand launched, trucks moving, team trained from the stage, AI put to work, a Canadian presence for a company based abroad, or a business sold. Twenty-seven services, seven practice areas, one person who has done the job rather than read about it.

Available for consulting
Hire me as a consultant, in any of it
Twenty years of actually running these things, available by the engagement. Take one, take several, or bring me in to work out which one is the real problem. 27 services across 7 practice areas — sales and marketing, logistics and dispatch, trade shows and brand launch, sales training and speaking, AI marketing, corporate web, and business sales.
Sales & marketing consulting
Pipelines, funnels, CRM, paid media and the follow-up nobody is doing. I have carried a bag and run the team, so the plan survives contact with your salespeople.
Marketing consulting →Sales management consulting →Fractional sales leadership →Trade shows & brand launch
Booth architecture and event construction, plus the brand that goes on it. I build the stand, staff it, and make sure it produces names instead of pens.
Trade show services →Brand launch →Product launch →Logistics & dispatch
National logistics operations, fleet dispatch, route optimization and moving an operation from one place to another without the wheels stopping.
Logistics consulting →Dispatch operations →Dispatch system build →Sales training & speaking
Training sales teams from the stage, mass-hire recruitment and the coaching afterwards. Award-winning outside sales manager and trainer.
Sales training consulting →Sales recruitment →HVAC sales training →AI-fluent marketing
Local LLM deployment, workflow automation and marketing pipelines that generate qualified demand rather than noise.
AI consulting →Workflow automation →AI voice agents →Websites & conversion
Corporate sites, landing pages and the CRO work that turns traffic into booked calls instead of bounces.
Corporate website design →Landing page CRO →Sales funnel development →Selling your business
I bring you the buyer. You keep your lawyer.
Most owners never sell, because the process looks enormous and the brokerage wants a slice of everything they built. I do it the other way round. I advertise your business properly, I find and qualify the buyer, and I meet them at your property and walk them through the facility and the numbers myself. Then your lawyer and their lawyer do what lawyers do.
How it actually works
- I advertise. Your business goes to market properly and confidentially, in front of people who buy businesses.
- Buyers come to me. I qualify them before you ever lose an afternoon.
- I show them the operation. On site, at your property, walking the facility and the numbers.
- Property is handled properly. If real estate forms part of the deal, I bring in a licensed commercial agent for that portion.
- Lawyers do the paper. Yours and theirs. I am not pretending to be either.
What it costs
A consulting fee, not a percentage of your life's work. You know the number before we start, and it does not climb because your business turned out to be worth more than we thought.
The record
Over $11 million in business assets sold across nine separate privately held companies in the Greater Toronto Area, inside eighteen months, at an average transaction value near $1.2 million — until COVID-19 closed the M&A market. That market is open again.
English representation in Canada
Your company is overseas. Your customer is here.
If you manufacture or sell outside Canada and your buyers are in North America, the gap is rarely the product. It is that nobody can walk into the room. I act as your English-speaking presence on the ground: your sales agent, your trade show representative, your distributor manager and your logistics coordinator. A Canadian number, a Canadian face at the table, and someone who can stand on a customer's floor for you on a Tuesday morning.
What I actually do for you
- Sales agent. I carry your line and open the accounts.
- Trade show representative. I staff your stand so you do not fly a team across an ocean.
- Distributor manager. I keep your Canadian channel honest and moving.
- Logistics coordinator. Freight, customs handoffs and the fulfilment side, with twenty years of dispatch behind it.

Straight answers
The questions owners actually ask
Do you charge a commission?
No. A consulting fee rather than a percentage of your sale price. You know the cost before we start.
Are you a licensed brokerage?
No, and I am careful about the difference. I market the business, find and qualify the buyer and show them the operation. If real property forms part of the transaction I bring in a licensed commercial agent for that portion, and you each keep your own lawyer.
What have you actually sold?
Over $11 million across nine privately held companies in the GTA inside eighteen months, averaging near $1.2 million a transaction, until COVID closed the market.
Do you only do business sales?
No. Sales and marketing consulting, trade shows and brand launch, logistics and dispatch, sales training and speaking, and English representation in Canada for companies based overseas.
